See for yourself. Check back for the documents filed, by the city and me, in the city's lawsuit. They will be posted here very soon.

The City of Raymond billed us nearly $18,000 for water service leaks caused by THEIR DYSFUNCTIONAL meter, a meter they refused to replace for nearly 2 years. Instead, they filed a lawsuit against HSA for payment. Similar atrocities were committed against residents in Jackson, Mississippi.

The documents filed in the city's lawsuit are public records, so they are posted here. Notice how their lawsuit not only requests payment. It wants the chancery court to go outside its jurisdiction to transfer property rights from me to them. They want to take control of tenant meters, that I own, to give them access to HSA property, at any time, and for any reason. This is a constitutional violation, so I believe that just as they could not be trusted to provide a meter to me, there exists a risk that they will also abuse HSA tenants with outrageous bills.
